Shall We Play a Game?:

How many of you have seen the movie, come on be honest, it wasn’t that bad, at least not for it’s day. Now the plot of the movie for those of you who don’t know was that some young computer nerd hacked his way into the United States Defense network, and the computer challenged him to a game.

Unfortunately the people at Norad didn’t know that it was just a game, and said hacker didn’t realize that he was about to start World War Three. Now we have the game of the film, but I can’t help thinking that they must have been seriously low on ideas, I mean the film is over ten years old. Anyway what we have here is a Real Time Strategy Game which again tries to beat the likes of Total and C&C, or even Starcraft.

The major selling point of this game will be the 3D aspect and the fact that it supports accelerators. Now although this isn’t the first RTS game to do it (Armor Command was the first but that was so bad it isn’t even worth mentioning) it is the first one to do it and still have a certain aspect of fun, read on to find out more.
