First Find a Good Unit That is
Effective:
This game is 2D ok, so that is out of the
way now. Now the decision to stick with 2D was a very good one. If it was 3D we
wouldn’t have the element that makes this fun to play, but I’ll get to that
later. The graphics in this are well drawn and colourful and as such nice to look at.
Some bits though do look a bit odd and make
it hard to figure out what it is, finding out that it is a tunnel which leads to the enemy
camp is a bit of surprise sometimes. The units too are mostly well drawn and colourful but
some are a bit crap really, the Series 9 Scout for instance. The best graphic element of
this game are the explosions and smoke effects. They are actually quite good almost
Accelerated like, and they’re big too. All good then really, not much to complain
about apart from the slightly confusing terrain graphics.
