    Just make a file named "VERITE.INI" and copy it to you WINDOWS directory.
    It should have the following content

    mclkp=2

    save it as "verite.ini" in your c:\windows\ directory. 

    restart your computer, done 

    Memory speed = 14.318*m/(n*MClkP) MHz 
    Engine speed = 14.318*m/(n*SClkP) MHz
