    Go to the windows folder and open pstrip.cfg with an texteditor. You can now
    find some information of  videocards. Go to the place where the following lines is.

    [Riva128+]
    ;---------------------------------------------nVidia Riva128 plus
    MClk=90,110,100

    90 is min
    110 is max
    100 is normal

    Then change the midle number to 150.

    [Riva128+]
    ;---------------------------------------------nVidia Riva128 plus
    MClk=90,150,100

    Then save changes. Now open PowerStrip and go to Advanced options, then go to
    "about PowerStrip", and next "performance". Now you notice that this number you
    changed is the max memory speed you can set. Then just set new speed. 150 Mhz
    doesen't regulary work without a fan but 133 Mhz works fine.

DISCLAIMER: Using the overclocking utilities enables you to use the product at speeds beyond the manufacturers default. This may void warranty and can cause damage to the hardware. Use them carefully and don't go to far.  Also for the overclocking which requires editing the Windows registry file, be sure to always make a backup first. Everything you do is at your own risk, and I cannot be held responsible for any damage or malfunctioning that may occur.
