Fujitsu 4,40GB 512kb 8ms USCSI-3

Fujitsu offers high-capacity and high-speed, low-profile 3.5inch disk drives - the 4 GB M2954 and the 2 GB M2952. Both drives incorporate Fujitsu-designed MR (magneto-resistive) heads and utilize PR4ML read channel technology. The adoption of MR heads and PR4ML technology realizes extremely high areal density near 800 M bits/square inch.

Rotational speed of the M2952 and M2954 is 7200 rpm, which realizes fast average positioning time of 8 ms for read and fast average latency time of 4.17 ms. Furthermore, the M2952 and the M2954 are guaranteed by Fujitsu's high reliability standards.

With high capacity, high rotational speed and high reliability, the M2952 and the M2954 are well suited for networks, minicomputers, workstations, file servers and multi-user applications, which require high performance and reliability.
