ATAPI or SCSI Interface

The TEAC 32X series is available in two models with two different interfaces.  The CD-532E includes an IDE/ATAPI interface with an efficient 128KB buffer, while the CD-532S offers SCSI-3 interface and a massive 512KB buffer for maximum throughput.  Both drives are rugged, reliable and built with rock-solid construction.   In addition, their unique disc-rotation mechanism is optimally designed to significantly reduce noise and vibration.

Plug and Play

An assortment of helpful features make the TEAC 32X series easier to use.  Their plug and play design provides quick and easy installation and the highest level of compatibility with today's desktop systems.   They include a power loading tray, front volume control, and both headphone and rear audio jacks for added versatility when playing your favorite CD-ROM titles.
