All you standard mouse users have probably sometime when you are surfing the net or playing a game just wanted to lean back but still be able to continue surfing/playing. Well it might just be possible now with Philips Speech Mike^tm. There are three versions to choose from the one I tested is the Pro version. In the rest of the review I will refer to the Speech Mike^tm as the Mike. For a list of all the versions of the Mike go here.

I'll start with the Installation and manual

I connected the Mike in my COM2 port because I have my standard mouse in the COM1 port. Then I started the computer and when windows started it found new hardware just as the manual said it would. Then I clicked cancel and inserted the CD that came with the Mike. After installed the software and rebooted the computer everything worked fine. The installation description in the manual was actually one of the best I have ever seen.
