Introduction:

A couple of weeks ago we recieved the Maxi Sound Fortissimo card from Guillemot. The cards audio processor is the Yamaha YMF744 Engine. The card has a pretty impressive compability list it supports almost every major standard such as EAX 2.0, A3D 1.0 (not 2.0) and more. The card is also pretty cheap compared to other cards such as Creative Labs Live! card and the MX300 with the price tag set around $49.95.
